Terms of Service

By accessing or using OutreachGlue ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free and paid account holders.

OutreachGlue is a link building automation platform that provides: contact email extraction from user-supplied domain lists; AI-generated guest post content; pitch email sending via connected Gmail accounts; and a pitch log for tracking outreach activity.

We provide tools to assist your link building workflow. We do not guarantee the results of any outreach campaign, editorial acceptance of any guest post, or any improvement in search engine rankings. The Service is subject to change, enhancement, or discontinuation at any time without prior notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits or access restrictions.

You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email (spam), to scrape or harvest data in violation of a site's terms of use, or for any unlawful purpose. You are solely responsible for ensuring your outreach activity complies with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and any other applicable email and data protection regulations in your jurisdiction.

OutreachGlue provides tools; how you use those tools is your responsibility. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts we reasonably believe are being used in violation of these terms or applicable law.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the payment method on file at the start of each billing cycle.

7-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment for that plan by contacting us via the Contact page. This guarantee applies once per customer and does not apply to plan renewals or upgrades.

No refunds after 7 days: After the 7-day window, all subscription fees are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to: unused email lookups or guest post credits within a billing period; partial months remaining after cancellation; plan downgrades; and periods of reduced or non-use by the account holder.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of fees already charged. Your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.

Refunds required by applicable consumer law in your jurisdiction take precedence over this policy where legally mandated.

We aim to maintain a high level of service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. The Service relies on third-party providers including AI generation APIs, email lookup services, and Gmail's OAuth infrastructure. Outages, degraded performance, or changes to these third-party services may affect your ability to use parts of the platform.

What we commit to: When we become aware of a service-affecting issue — whether caused by our own infrastructure or a third-party dependency — we will work to identify, communicate, and resolve it as promptly as reasonably possible. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where feasible.

What we do not guarantee: We cannot guarantee specific uptime percentages or response times. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party APIs, hosting providers, internet infrastructure, or events outside our reasonable control (including force majeure events).

No credits or refunds for downtime: We do not provide service credits, refunds, or compensation for periods of unavailability, regardless of duration or cause, except where required by applicable law.

The guest posts and anchor text suggestions generated by the Service are produced by AI and are provided for your use as a starting point. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any content before using it or submitting it to third parties.

We make no warranty that AI-generated content is original, accurate, free from errors, suitable for publication, or compliant with any third-party site's editorial guidelines. OutreachGlue accepts no liability for the consequences of publishing or distributing AI-generated content produced through the Service.

OutreachGlue provides tools to assist the link building process. We make no guarantee that any pitch will result in a published backlink, that any link will improve your search engine rankings, or that any guest post will be accepted by an editor. Results depend entirely on factors outside our control, including editorial decisions of third-party websites. You use the Service at your own risk and in accordance with your own assessment of applicable SEO guidelines and practices.

OutreachGlue, its logo, design, and platform features are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property law. Content you generate or upload through the Service remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process and store your content as necessary to provide the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. We expressly disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OutreachGlue and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) shall survive.

We may update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice (such as an email or in-app notification). Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel any active subscription.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
