Email Selection Rules
Domain Matching
Only emails from the target domain or its subdomains are considered.
Preferred Over Personal
Generic addresses like info@ are preferred over personal emails when available.
Avoid Negative Sentiment
Emails like complaints@, feedback@, and report@ are avoided as they're not suitable for outreach.
Manual Override
You can manually select a different email if the automatic selection doesn't meet your needs.
